I yawned and closed my eyes.
I must of been really comfortable, because I eventually drifted off into sleep.
I felt something soft make contact with my neck. I looked beside me.
Cat had fallen asleep and had her head on my shoulder. Her hair was laying against the side of my neck.
I blushed at the sight.
"Harry, look at this." I told him.
He glanced over at me and chuckled.
"She fell asleep, Nialler. She didn't put her head there on purpose." He joked.
"I know, but, she's adorable." I smiled.
Harry nodded in agreement. "Enjoy it while it lasts. She'll wake up soon." He winked.
"I will." I laughed, leaning back in my seat.
I blinked open my eyes and yawned a bit, then froze. What was I leaning against?
I slowly and hesitantly lifted my head, and saw that I was leaning on Niall.
I bolted up.
"N-Niall! I-I'm sorry, I didn't realize I was-"
My face turned red in embarrassment.
He laughed. "It's okay, love! It was really comfortable."
Harry winked at me.
I blushed. "I hope I didn't bother you too much.."
"Oh, not at all." He grinned.
Phew. I would of been so upset if I did.
I looked over at Abby and Olivia, who were snickering. I narrowed my eyes at them.
"How long have I been asleep?" I asked.
"About three hours." Niall said.
My heart sank. I wasted three hours with One Direction sleeping! I mentally facepalmed.
"Yeah, two hours until we land, but they announced that we might be landing earlier than expected." Harry told me.
"Yup, can't wait to get out and stretch my legs." Louis interrupted.
I nodded sadly, then got an idea.
I shoved my hand down in my bag and pulled out a piece of notebook paper. I looked around for a pen, but couldn't find one.
"Looking for a pen, ma'am?" Harry asked.
He handed me one.
"Thanks." I murmured.
I began writing and then when I was done, turned to Niall and bit my lip.
He turned to me. "Yes?"
"I-if it's not too much to ask.. c-can I have your.. number?" I asked. I probably sounded like a creeper.
"Of course, love!" He beamed.
I handed him the pen.
I almost died when Cat asked for my number. I thought she'd ask Harry.. or Louis.. or anyone but me. And the best thing of all? She didn't ask for anyone else's but mine.
I took the pen, unable to stop smiling, and wrote down my number.
When I was done, handed the pen and paper back to her.
"Thanks." She blushed.
"You're welcome!" I smiled.
She grinned back at me, and my heart melted.
We finally landed. I was one of the last people off, of course.
I quickly spotted my family and ran over to them as soon as I came out. I smiled the whole way.
"Ooh la-la; look who's back!" Abby said, pulling me into a hug.
"It was amazing!" I replied ecstatically.
"How was your nap?" Olivia asked. Of course she would look back and watch me sleep. That weirdo.
"Oh shut up!" I blushed, lightly hitting her on the head.
"You enjoyed it; I know you did!" Olivia laughed, nudging me.
"Cat, look!" Abby said and pointed.
The boys got off the plane. They waved at me and grinned, and then turned the other way.
"Cat snap out of it. The rental car's here." My mom said, grabbing me by the collar of my t-shirt and dragging me to the car.
it was fun while it lasted.
